$13 • Le Nonne's carpaccio is some of the best I've eaten. Thinly sliced, rosy red, raw beef is fanned out on a plate. It's then seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil, a squirt of lemon and freshly cracked pepper. Snappy baby arugula and shaved parmesan complete the dish. It's the perfect summertime dish along with a glass of rosÃ©, of course.
